Harper Concierge – try at home while we wait

Harper Concierge – try at home while we wait

We all know that ordering jeans online can be tricky, especially where stretch, rise and length can all play a part in which size is best for you. For example, you might order a pair of Rizzo the Ankle Skinny in two sizes but actually it would be much better to try as many different styles as possible in your size, plus go up and down a size to make sure it is the right pair for you.

Earlier this year we partnered with Harper Concierge in order to modernise our service, starting with our London clients. For just £10 they will bring as many styles to you as you wish and there is no extra payment at the checkout.

The service has been critically acclaimed by The Standard and The Telegraph who have both been impressed by the futuristic approach of our at-home personal stylists which take the anxiety out of denim shopping.

Denim on your doorstep

To book Harper Concierge to deliver your jeans, simply select ‘Try at home’ at the checkout and then add your postcode to check it is in range.

With Harper Concierge, you can book a one hour delivery slot so that (unlike other couriers) you’ll know exactly when they will be arriving. That means no more waiting in all day, you can get on with your plans and slot your delivery into your schedule, whether that is at work, at home or even at the gym.

The VIP Service is designed to wait while you try your pieces on, which means you get the value of the Harper Concierge style adviser plus you can try on with your existing wardrobe.

if you’d prefer to try your clothes on alone, that’s no problem, Harper Concierge will return after 40 minutes to collect the pieces you’d like to return.

After you’ve tried your pieces on with your tops, shoes and accessories, Harper Concierge will take away all the items that weren’t quite right.

Take a look on our Instagram Stories highlights to see stylists Caroline Sciamma and Angela Radcliffe test driving the service.
